I'd have a hard time sleeping, I'd be irritable and probably anxious on those dosages. Provigil isn't an AD, so I wouldn't count on that helping your depression too much. But like I've mentioned, you might have your pdoc add another AD in your med combo for depression, but just call and verify with a pharmacist if Provigil helps with depression and get a second opinion about adding another AD. If you want another activating AD, try Fetzima or Cymbalta, they're SNRIs so they shouldn't poop out for along time and are both weight neutral. Also, you might also like Nuvigil instead of Provigil.
