I am finally in a loving relationship with a man I can see myself having a future with but when he does something sweet and nice I find myself thinking about all of his bad qualities. This leads me to think about completely irrational thoughts such as if I think bad thoughts about him that God will take him away from me. I find myself repeating over and over again "Please do not take him away from me" . These fears that God will take him away from me is keeping me from sleeping at night and doing my work. Any advise?
