I took rhodiola for years. I took 500 mg daily. I only stopped because I starred taking an ssri. Also, kava-kava works well for anxiety. The tea is the safest, and is strong enough to work (brewed 10min).

I also like 5-htp. I took it for a while, but I liked rhodiola more.
