Today I admitted to T of SUI thoughts and cutting. Yesterday admitted to Pdoc about SUI thoughts. Pdoc upped meds. And since I admitted to T about cutting on the way out we will talk about it next time. Now all I wanna do is puke. My head hurts so bad and I wanna sleep forever.
