I use to live in the county your moving to.. The entire area is so overpopulated its not even funny, so everything takes forever . Walk in clinics just wont touch psych meds its too much of a liabilty . Er's you might get a few days worth.

I dont mean to be a Debbie Downer but its very hard to get all the paperwork done and it be ok'd then appointments with doctors is a long wait. My advice is go to the office daily and just sit waiting in hopes they either get tired of you waiting and help you sooner or there is a no show..
