Is it that it's not in stock, that the pharmacies are saying? I used to take Vyvanse, and I know there were a few times I had to call multiple branches of multiple pharmacies until I could find one that had supply left, and that's because it is among those substances that the government caps how much can be distributed over the course of the year, so towards the end of each yearly period there is a supply crisis. Apparently the industry hasn't caught up with a way of managing around the government restriction, so that responsible patients aren't punished in the process. (And it's that much more crazy when you consider that Vyvanse is a prodrug, activating only once in the intestinal track, making it far less abusable anyway.)
I would call the manufacturer to see what they have to say about it.. could be enlightening, as their customer service mission statement will differ quite a bit from the pharmacies'.
