Thank you.
I think I had a seizure when I was 21. I was alone so I can never know for sure. It was an odd experience that I don't remember much of. I have a very vague memory of starting to walk in a circle for no reason. Then I remember feeling kind of fuzzy, sleepy, a bit nauseous and headachy. I discovered my bladder let go sometime during the incident and that I was soaked. I also remember thinking what the hell happened. That was the only time I ever have ever experienced that.
I did not tell anyone about it until I was assessed for ASD. I was afraid I was going to be ignored and told it was dissociation due to suppressed sexual abuse. The psychiatrist who did that assessment told me it was probably a seizure.
I had an EEG and passed it so I was never diagnosed with epilepsy.
