Yesterday, me and my coworkers had a meeting on the job. It was about communicating with each other and learning how to cope with stress. On my job, i deal with customer service, and there are times that we stress out because of the deadlines that have to be met when customer's orders have to be processed. Management told us that we do a good job of coping with the stress, but we have to control it better. Management noticed that coworkers yell on the job, and it should not be that way. Management told us that if we don't go on break, that it could be a cause for getting worked up and stressed out. This could be tooken care of by just taking a break. For me, I believe that all workers should be respected, because the job would be done alot better. I know too, that stress can cause a job to be done more efficiently, believe it or not.
