This has happened to me many times. It is a truly awful experience. I am sorry to hear you have to go through this. Does your pdoc know about these swift swings in mood? Is the Abilify supposed to help with it? My pdoc is having trouble controlling mine I just had a med change because my rapid cycling has been getting worse. Hang in there. There is hope.
