The more I think about it, the more pathetic I feel but it's done now and can't be undone. She really did help, because I've been at my breaking point lately. I just hope I get through my holidays without breaking my contract in any way (I'd mention it here, but it could be triggerish)

I'll see her at least the once after I get back, and then hopefully transfer into therapy with my former therapist to deal with my "trauma issue".
