Anger is the emotion I'm most afraid of I think. I don't let myself express it and I feel bad if I even let myself feel it fully. But I've realized that all I do is redirect my feelings of anger towards myself, and my therapist thinks that a lot of my self destructive behavior is fueled by unrecognized/unprocessed anger, which makes sense.
