I take restroril, mostly as needed but not always effective. It's a benzo, so I think you can build up a tolerance but 30mg is max dose, period. It could be a combo of both.
Hope you get rest! If I start experiencing insomnia it's my first sign of going manic. Sleep is so crucial IMO.
