My T always genuinely smiles (or that's what I hope, at least). She mimics my reactions pretty well and laughs when I laugh or seem to be telling a joke. Though admittedly I always trivialise/joke-ify (new word LOL) some serious stuff - then she gives me a really forced smile or her smile slowly disappears like :|
