Seriously talk to your wife before you buy one. She might not be able to get over the idea is using something foreign. I know a lot of people who were raised religious, depending on the religion, and who have a hard time-subconsciously, getting that little voice nagging in the back of their heads to shut up. Anyway, it sounds like she would be too shocked to do anything if you just whipped a vibrator out. I think the books would ease her into it a bit more and if you read some together, like Pure Sex, you'll find out eachother's prefs real quick.
