Ran around the assisted living facility where I worked, slamming doors and screaming about wanting to kill a resident's daughter for trying to get me fired. (This had no basis in reality.) Thank God I did it after hours when the rest of the management had gone home, but some of my staff members witnessed the explosion. I was so embarrassed when I came back to reality. It was just before I was diagnosed as bipolar, in fact, this incident was what made me realize I needed professional help.
