I take Provigil. I've never tried meth, but this caught my eye since not many people take Provigil; it is totally expensive, even as a generic and not really approved for anything other than sleep issues.

It is a stimulant and you are right that it is not that jittery type, but very focusing and even calm. That's because it is not an amphetamine so it is not in that class of drugs. You can develop a tolerance I believe, but it isn't quite the same as addiction.

Meth really sounds like it is pure addiction and very damaging to mind and body. I don't know if it is worth playing Russian roulette. If you already feel okay with Provigil, why take such a risk?
