I think your in a mixed episode and they are pure hell . The zolft is probably doing more harm that good . Bipolar can be hard to treat honestly ... Mostly its often hard to find the right combo of meds to get you stable. Its just a process.. There are so so many medications that can work. I think you need a new Pdoc one that will work with you to find the right treatment plan for you.
