I see your on a lot of the meds I'm on with a couple exceptions. How is that combo working for you if you don't mind me asking?

For the most part, it works great. I wish I didn't need so many drugs to control this beast, but I'm not on huge doses and with the exception of the Geodon, they're not expensive. This is good because I'm unemployed and don't have health insurance.
My pdoc wants to try weaning me off the Zyprexa because it does put on weight and tends to raise my blood sugars (I'm a diabetic). Besides, I don't want to be on 2 anti-psychotics forever. But this combination is the most effective one I've tried so far, and I hesitate to fool with it now. I did try coming off the Zyprexa myself once and it was a disaster---I crashed and burned and had suicidal ideation. So I don't mess with my meds anymore!
