Hi, everyone. This is only my second post and I haven't been reading other posts for long, so I don't know what most of you are doing to get better...I'm curious if anyone is using the book Brain Lock? When I got home yesterday my package had come and I sat down right away and began reading. I got a little upset because seeing all of it in print really made me have to accept that I have a problem. About a half hour after my husband got home I found the courage to talk to him about it. We've been together for a long time and I trust him with everything, but it was still hard to admit this problem. At first he took it pretty hard because I've been acting a little crazy for a while and he's tired of it-- especially the obsessions I have about my health-- he wants to be supportive and he wants me to be happy, but I guess he doesn't quite know how to handle it. But we talked about everything and I know he's going to be supportive.
So I'm just curious if anyone has any experiences with Brain Lock that they could share? I've only read about a third of the book so far, but it's giving me hope and I really think it will help. Any advice?
