I really don't know from experience or understand how amphetamines work with ADHD but I would stay away from meth. Primarily because you have no idea who cooked it. There is a lot of what we used to call bath tub crank out there and you don't know what chemicals are in it. It is also a very powerful drug and can deplete your dopamine in a hurry and the you crash.
