This is a traditional Buddhist mantra. It comes from a teaching by the Buddha referred to as: "The Heart Sutra". In her book: The Places That Scare You, Pema Chodron wrote: "Just as a seed contains the tree, this mantra contains the entire teachings on... abiding in the fearless state... This is a description of a process, a journey, of always stepping out further and further."
So I offer it here as my intent that I, as well as all PC members, and all people who struggle with mental illness everywhere shall find the strength to always step further & further toward recovery.
