I suggest contacting your local bar association and filing a police report. The bar association may be able to refer you - or may have - a pro bono section that can represent you due to your mental illness. The bar association can also investigate complaints against local attorneys for ethics violations and you may be able to file a complaint with them. If that fails then contact your local chapter of the American Civil Liberties Association. (I think that's the name.) All the best to you.
