I have searched and just cant find what I need

I was chatting with someone on the chat/PM was great and fun but .. I keep hitting the X to close it and it just keeps popping up every screen. The conversation has been over for 2 days .. yet it still pops up. its driving me mad

Can anyone tell me what to do that will stop this message /convo box from popping up ?
