It all started when i visited the doctor because i had neck pain and he said i had one cervical disk damaged because of mountain biking (i used to exercise when anxious).
I was stressed because i thought it was something bad, but after seeing it wasn't too serious the anxiety disappeared.
The thing now is that lately my brain has been feeling "off".. Like i can't think words straight, my thoughts are all foggy, i forget things instantly and remember them a minute later, i mess words up, it's harder for me to translate from english (i'm spanish), my ears ring, i can't concentrate right, i obsess about all of the above, i'm more irritable, noises and other things can make me more anxious, sweating, headaches...
I would like to hear some tips to keep my mind "cool" without thinking too much. I've tried all kinds of relaxing things like meditating, listening to music, TV, videogames... but i can't seem to enjoy them and my anxiety is out of control...
I've asked for a doctor visit, but i won't have a normal doctor visit untill the 16th of September and the psychologist visit is the 29th of October, i really don't know how to keep on going anymore >.<

I'm glad to read you have a doctor's appointment scheduled, Soul. I'm not a medical professional. But it seems to me, with the array of symptoms you are experiencing, it would be important to rule out some medical problem before it is presumed your problems are psychological. Allot of what you list sounds to me like what we are frequently told, nowadays, concussions cause. Have you taken any falls & hit your head anytime recently?
Personally, I have tinnitus (ringing in the ears) which is caused by a condition called: Meniere's Disease. It is a condition of the inner ear. Based on my own experience, I would have to day Meniere's Disease can also cause some of the problems you describe. But, of course, this is just a shot in the dark, as we say. Your physician is your best source of insight at this point with regard to what's happening with you. Best wishes...
