That's good. It's an insidious and debilitating disease. A year ago I was deeply suicidal and had lost all hope but for the last six months I have been doing great. So one never knows how things will unfold. Been that way my whole life. Maybe he needs to switch meds, take another approach in therapy, try other things, or maybe it just has to run its course. 5 months is a long time and if it were me I would change meds.
