Oh, absolutely! I do some resistance training and some cardio. I can only bench about 115 and deadlift about 100, but that is a lot better than 2 years ago. I agree, a tough workout is the best thing mentally and physically. You just need to find your passion. I know a couple of guys into lifting and bodybuilding. Not for me, but it is fascinating to see them. My passion is cycling, I could ride 60-70 miles every day if I had the time. I would be dead now if I hadn't found the courage to join a gym 2 years ago.
