So very close to dropping out of my studies at the moment. I am quite a bit behind now as a depression has unfortunately gripped me pretty severely. I just want relief from worry about assignments and the upcoming exams.
Secondly I have lost my direction with my studies, so I see no end goal which is really not helping me. I am in my first year of a bachelor's degree.
I just don't want to put my body through the stress as the stressors cause a mood swing for me
Anybody else been in this situation and have any advice. Did you regret dropping out?
