i take bupropian for focus because i have adhd but it dosen't help i tend to the the same exact thing you did with the dog i feel that because i'm like that people find me annoying which in return i isolate myself from others but sometime i run around like an idiot so i think i annoy ppl not good but my point is i know how you feel def go and talk to ur p-doc see if there is something he can do to help relieve the situation love steph
