I am so sorry that you are feeling this way.
I can relate as I functioned by pushing aside my emotions and taking care of others for so long I forgot how to feel and who I was.
I am trying to recover not by trying to look to the past and remember what made me happy but by focusing on the present and trying to try things again to see what makes me happy now.
