I mainly watch tv, read, play games on PC and do crossword puzzles.

when it comes to dissociation a technique to remain present is to use as many of your senses as possible. look at something in the room, say a chair, and take in everything about it. describe its shape, what is it made of, color, texture, temperature, every detail of it...it will help you remain more present.
