Basically I will eat those big chocolate bars (250g), uslally at night when I'm in bed, even if I'm not hungry. If not the full bar, then half of it. Or sometimes I'll eat half the bar during the day and the rest at night. Or sometimes a full bar in the day and a full bar at night
