(((hugs))) I have trouble "eating" also at times... the PTSD keeps me from being able to handle all the stress of: thinking about what to eat, making a shopping list, going to store, shopping, buying, putting stuff away at home and then remembering what I have and preparing it!... My neuropathy makes it so my stomach always feels ill at ease and I really never feel hungry all the time...but queasy all the time. Eating is a real chore! I want it to just be something I do. Cans of tunafish, stored for hurricanes, is my fall back too!

Small amounts... very often... will that help?
