I'm sure it is a combination of things. Eating junk food will definitely make you feel like crap. You're probably missing out on a lot of nutrients that you need from fruits and veggies and you probably need to take vitamins. I haven't eaten since yesterday morning and I usually just don't eat when I'm depressed. I hate trying to figure out what foods to eat. It costs a lot of money and time and effort to try to cook something. Maybe try to force yourself to cook something instead of sleeping all those hours and see if you feel any different?
