I'm also medicated but was diagnosed 3 weeks ago after 12 yrs. I was thinking of getting a punching bag and making a space in our garage. Plus I know exercise helps me tremendously. When I look back, I started showing signs of bipolar when I was 14 but I also started high school that year and exercised rigorously 6 days a week and went to the gym when I was out of school or joined leagues.
I just wanted to see what others do and if any use exercise or even a punching bag.
