I walk in nature with my dogs. I have a treadmill & recumbent stationary bike. The trick is to get motivated enough to do these things. On a good day, I can accomplish it, on my bad days, it's very difficult. Even though, I know it would help me tremendously, the couch wins. I am medicated. I find Ativan, definitely helps to calm down my mind.
