Hi everybody. I know I started another thread on ECT but am curious if anyone has heard of the success rate for ECT. The psychiatrist I saw today said it is 90%. Could that be true? Has anyone ever heard anything like that?

I'd love it to be true. It gives me hope.

P.S. I just did a google search for "ECT success rate." The first page had websites reporting 70 - 83%. Seems the odds are in my favor. Fingers crossed here.
