I've just posted in the daily check in about my inability to decide whether to go to a flower show or not. Just deciding, feels like climbing a mountain.

I don't always notice these things myself, but my doc can always tell how I'm doing by my voice alone. I'm much slower to answer questions, much quieter and hestitant in speech and use very few words when depressed.
