Hi all. I'm currently struggling with overeating, or at least what I perceive as such. I'll just put out a massive
TW to be safe.
When I was 15, I developed anorexia and my symptoms were restricting & overexercising. I'm now 18 and am struggling with overexercising still and overeating. I know that a lot of people recovering from restrictive disorders go through a period where they eat a lot more, somewhat like a compensation/refeeding period in which their bodies are making up for lost calories. I don't think that's what I'm going through.

I am 5'5 and gained weight from the end of my junior year of high school to the end of my senior year of high school. (I'm currently a college freshman, for reference). Logically I know this isn't overweight but its heavier than I had ever been before. For a while, I did cut back on overeating and amped up exercise. I don't know how much weight I've lost. Now that I'm in college I keep overeating and overexercising and I know the two go hand in hand but I can't stop overexercising because I'm scared of weight gain. I guess I just need advice
