I have them, tho it's been a while since I had one. The squiggles and lights and strange shapes are called an aura. Mine starts in the center of my vision, and sort of blooms, then recedes to the edges. Actually kind of cool...mine is usually a cluster of lines pulsating different colors. I hope your headache goes away soon.
