With losing weight as I have found out it's going to be a constant battle and you don't really want to stop yourself from comfort eating. Basically what it comes down to is moderation, having a cheat meal once a week or a cheat day once a month. That way you don't let cravings take over you and you start binge eating. Another idea is to find healthy alternatives to some comfort foods out there. You want pizza? Made a small flatbread version at home with healthy toppings. I hope this helps, I have a hard time with my eating and have been really bad these past couple of weeks.
