Hi everyone.
I wanted to see what your experiences are with Group Therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. From what I understand these are two therapies that are helpful to BPD individuals. Did you enjoy these methods? Was it helpful? What did you like and did not like?
When I was seeing a therapist, they recommended that I go to a support group for anxiety. I'm just a bit scared of the possibility of sitting in a room with strangers and being asked to open up about things that I rarely talk about.
