The basic self care just ramped up when needed ... Meditation,Mindfulness,Exercise,Healthy diet,Yoga, Good sleep hygiene, Listen to calming music or upbeat whatever helps you, Self grounding, Allowing yourself to take mini breaks (5-10) minute break through out the day to just regroup.

I say just keep flinging coping skills on yourself until something sticks
