Hey hun.. sky is right.. and you could be suffering from adrenal fatigue... which is treatable, so maybe a visit to your doctor would be a good idea....its okay to say no now and then so you can take care of yourself....

Another thing... its possible the church you are going to isn't the one God has called you to be in.. I found that to be the case for me once...I went to this church because it was familiar to me...not because I felt drawn there... maybe you should consider visiting other churches to see if you find a better fit.
