I know how you feel and understand.
I do know however that God is closer than are very breath. I have just started on this website...and believe God is my strength. With out prayer and His love and grace I would be gone, because of all my accidents in cars and abusive marriage. Get people to pray for you, I think that will help as well. And put on three wonderful verses relating to your problem for every negative you have. It is called the renewed mind.
