I was hoping China was going well and that's why you've been quiet, didn't know if I should PM because I wasnt sure if you'd be back at all...

At any rate, its really good to hear from you but I'm sorry its under these circumstances

You did the right thing reaching out some place familiar where you're among friends, most of whom are familiar with your journey thus far. Its a sign of self-care, so be proud of taking the neccessary steps!

I'm really sorry China took a negative turn, but logically speaking, anywhere we go, we'll face negative turns, so it was either China or back home... and China is another huuuge accomplishment. You're DOING IT!!!

You're doing what they said / you thought, you shouldn't, and couldn't handle... yet here you are. Against all odds. Doing it!

Doesn't matter how many countries you haven't visited! Acknowledge the stuff you are accomplishing. Validate and celebrate your hits, instead of focusing on your misses.
