Man this su c k s big. I didn't get my T session tonight. She had an emergency at the hospital she works intake at. So she had to cancel.

Been having horrible anxiety this week. Went to PCP for burning sensation in my stomach. Diagnosed as probably being gastritis. Gave me a script. I attribute the cause to my awful diet lately and the horrible anxiety.

Sent T an email update. See my NP for meds this coming Thursday. Asked T about asking for anxiety med. probably will anyway to help calm the anxiety which will hopefully help calm the gastritis. Hopefully T responds later tonight but don't know yet.

Just frustrated I didn't get to see her tonight. Lots to talk about and I got nothing accomplished because she had to cancel.
