I've experienced some very fast spiritual growth however and have had difficulty with grounding. I definitely still take all my meds, and listen to my doctors though. The combination helps immensely.

I use meditation and mindfulness to find a quieter place inside. For me yoga and Qi Gong (breathing and energy grounding) to help ground the energy released during meditation.

Tai Chi is a moving form of Qi Gong. Best to start with Qi Gong or yoga.
