I didn't try posting to that social group because I haven't joined it. I can view. I belong to another club, perhaps I'll test a message there.
There are limitations to Tapatalk. Not seeing who is or isn't a mod, is one.
Update: I successfully posted a reply in the social group that I belong to.

Aww, that's a shame. There's a link that shows all the staff members on PC, but unfortunately I don't remember how to get to it.
Hopefully someone else will know.
