See if your school offers any help because of your diagnosis. They can perhaps provide note taking service and double time to take exams.

I have a family member who was able to get services because of carpel tunnel syndrome. If you're concerned about using your mental health status for this, then perhaps your wrist hurts from time to time. If so, make a complaint to your primary care doctor and have him write you a note for school. Take his note to the disabilities department of your school and see what they could do to help you out.
