I agree with TheWell, you are not "stuck" unless you allow yourself to be "stuck", always remember that. You need to take care of "you" first and he is not healthy for you and you can't help/fix him either. You need to be strong and tell him you want to end your relationship with him and that is it, don't contact you anymore. You need to be firm otherwise he will keep asking you to stay involved.
